Vegan Pasta Alfredo

Ingredirnts

125 g Pasta

100 g frozen peas

 

For the sauce

200 ml vegetable stock

100 ml soy cream

1/4 cauliflower

2 garlic cloves

1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Salt and pepper

nPreparation

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. It doesn't matter if pasta or spaghetti. Choose what you like. Make the cauliflower small and cook it until it is soft. Pure the cooked cauliflower, the soy cream, the garlic cloves, the nutritional yeast, the salt and the pepper in a food processor until it is creamy. Bring it to a simmer and add the peas to it. Cook it until the peas are defrosted. Add the cooked pasta and stir it to combine it. You can plate and enjoy your work now. You have deserved i!.
