Chia Porridge

Ingredients

25 g oats

1/2 tbsp chia seeds, milled

300 ml plant based milk

1 tsp cinnamon

fruits, nuts or berries for decoration

honey to drizzle on top

Preparation

Mix the oats and the chia seeds. Add the "milk" and heat up at medium  temperature. It doesn't matter if low or medium heat, what is important is that you keep steering all the time. It might stick together or burn to the ground if you don't. Remove it from the heat after it started boiling. Stir in the cinnamon after that. Refill it to the bowl which you want to have it in. It is time to get creative now. Decorate it with fruits, nuts and/or berries, whatever your heart desires. Just keep in mind that the consistency of chia hardens when it cools down.
