Vegan Parmesan

Ingredients

30 g sunflower seeds

50 g cashew nuts

60 nutritional yeast

1 tsp salt

Preparation

Just do that if you have a strong food processor. I normally soak the nuts over night, but parmesan doesn't work that way... Make the sunflower seeds and the cashew nuts as small as possible in a food processor. Add the nutritional yeast to it and give it a short buzz to make the nutritional yeast small. As last, add the salt and mix well. You can put in more salt if you want to. Ready is your replacement. It goes on every food which you want to put it on. I haven't tried it on sweet stuff. So, I don't have an opinion on that.
