Kidney Bean Burger Patty

Ingredients

1 red onion

1 clove of garlic

1 can kidney beans

60 g oat flakes

25 g flour

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp powder for vegetable stock (optional)

1 tbsp mustard

1 tsp thyme

2 tsp paprika powder

some salt and pepper

Preparation

This receipt is for more patties, but you can make as many patties out of it as you want. And you can share it or not. ;) Mince the onion and the garlic very fine. Rinse and wash the kidney beans. Mash them to a pure. You can use a potato masher, but it goes way easier with a food processor. Mix all the ingredients together and let it stand for 20 minutes. Form two or more patties out of it and place it on a baking tray. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Turn it on the other side after half of the time. Plate it between burger buns or as vegan meatballs with chips.
