Chia Cocoa Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 tbsp chia, milled

125 ml water

50 g peanuts

50g dried fruits

30 g cocoa powder

2 tbsp honey and a little bit for drizzling over the fresh fruit

fresh fruit for decoration

Preparation

Heat up the water until it is very hot. Mix it with the chia seeds and let it stand to get a consistency like gel. Crush the peanuts as small as you want them to be. Everything between chunky and fine like flour is okay. Mix it with the dried fruit and the cocoa powder. Put in the chia gel and the honey. Stir it well. Add more honey if you want it sweeter. Fill it into bowls, decorate it with the fruit and put it for four hours in the fridge to harden. Take it out after that time and drizzle it with honey. It is ready to enjoy. Bon appetit!
